Refund & Cancellation
How billing, cancellation, and refunds work

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all paid subscriptions for ProPost, an AI-powered LinkedIn content creation and scheduling platform owned and operated by Claryzo Labs.
1. Digital Service
ProPost is a cloud-based software subscription (SaaS). All services are delivered digitally, and no physical products are shipped.
2. Free Trial
Eligible new users may receive a 7-day free trial, which includes access to create up to 5 AI-generated drafts.
Unless cancelled before the trial ends, your selected subscription will automatically begin and your chosen payment method will be charged.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account's Settings → Billing page or by contacting us at hello@propost.in.
Cancellation stops future renewals. Your subscription and access to paid features will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be approved in the following situations:
- Duplicate or accidental charges.
- Successful payment where the subscription was not activated after contacting support.
- Your first paid subscription, requested within 7 days of the initial charge, provided fewer than 3 AI drafts have been generated.
- Where a refund is required under applicable law.
5. Non-Refundable Charges
Refunds are generally not available for:
- Subscription renewals after the renewal date.
- Partially used billing periods.
- Accounts that have substantially used the included plan features.
- Accounts suspended or terminated for violations of our Terms of Service.
- Change of mind after significant use of the Services.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email hello@propost.in with:
- Your registered email address
- Payment date
- Transaction or invoice details (if available)
- Reason for the refund request
We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, subject to processing times of your payment provider.
