Digital delivery of your Propost subscription

This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to ProPost, an AI-powered LinkedIn content creation and scheduling platform owned and operated by Claryzo Labs.
1. Digital Service
ProPost is a fully digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. We do not sell or ship any physical products. All subscriptions, features, and services are delivered electronically through your ProPost account.
2. Subscription Delivery
After successful payment, your subscription is typically activated automatically within a few minutes. Once activated, you can sign in to your account and access the features included in your selected subscription plan.

3. Delayed Activation
If your payment has been successfully processed but your subscription has not been activated within 48 hours, please contact our support team with your registered email address and payment or transaction reference.
Where applicable, remedies will be provided in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Service Availability
ProPost is designed to be available online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, access may occasionally be affected by scheduled maintenance, software updates, internet connectivity, or third-party service providers, including LinkedIn and cloud infrastructure providers.
