Terms of Service
The essentials for using Propost
These Terms govern your use of Propost (https://propost.in). By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them.
Service
Propost helps you draft LinkedIn posts in your voice, review them, and schedule or publish to a profile or company page. Current plans are on our Pricing page.
Your account
- Provide accurate registration details and keep credentials secure.
- You must be 18 or older to purchase a paid plan.
- One account per person or organization unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Content & approval
- You own the content you create and approve.
- Drafts are suggestions — you are responsible for what you publish.
- Nothing is published to LinkedIn without your explicit approval.
- Follow LinkedIn’s policies and applicable law.
LinkedIn connection
You authorize Propost to use official LinkedIn OAuth solely to publish content you approve. We do not store LinkedIn passwords. You may disconnect anytime in Settings.
Billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by Razorpay (INR) or PayPal (international). We do not store full card numbers. See Refund & Cancellation.
Free trial
New accounts may receive a 5-day trial with up to 5 drafts. No card is required to start. Trial terms may change.
Acceptable use
Do not use Propost to spam, mislead, infringe rights, abuse the platform, or violate LinkedIn’s terms.
Availability
We aim for reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Third-party platforms (including LinkedIn and payment providers) may affect features.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Propost is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending the service
You may delete your account by contacting hello@propost.in. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Updates
We may update these Terms and will post changes on this page. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
